BEBogdon is a Christian entertainer from the Midwest whose passion for writing began with a love for reading. Although a newly published author, Bogdon has been telling stories for years. Through involvement in theater, film, commercial, and voice-over work, she has had the opportunity to breathe life into the written word, and as an avid daydreamer, she is thrilled to see those dreams finally settle onto the printed page.
My Testimony:
I grew up in a Christian home and attended various church denominations through the years. I never fully conformed to just one, so I say that I’m non-denominational. I have attended church services in English, Spanish, and Russian, and even sang with the Russian praise and worship team for several years. (Note: I do not speak Russian…)
Although I gave my life to the Lord at a young age, it wasn’t until I was eighteen years old that I had a divine encounter with the living God. Now I’m filled with His Spirit, in love with Jesus, and seek to serve our heavenly Father.
I am a student of scripture and have co-led various Bible studies and small groups. I have also planned and written curriculum for local church youth groups through the years. Merging my love for Christ with my love for the arts, I have also written and produced several plays in the local church.
I believe the Bible is the Word of God. I believe this because I have tested it in my own life and have seen it at work in the lives of those around me. I can truly say that I have been saved, delivered, and healed…and writing has given me an outlet to share that with others!
